How soon will I get my order?
All our orders are available as an instant download which you can use straight away.

I can no longer access my files I have downloaded in the past. Can I get them back again?
Do you have a new computer, or has your hard drive crashed and you can no longer access your files? Send us a quick message and we will reactivate your download link.

How does the radio imaging library work? And what is the difference with the USB option?
We now have two versions of the radio imaging library available. Both include every product available for sale on the website, whilst the USB version includes additional packages not available for sale individually. All of our orders include free updates on packages available within the library at the time of your purchase. When new packages are available, you can purchase these for half the sale price.

Can I upgrade my radio imaging library from the standard version to the USB version without paying the full price?
Of course you can. Just send us a message and we can arrange a price depending on when you ordered the radio imaging library.

I ordered the radio imaging library a few years ago and would like to upgrade to the newest version? What can I do?
If you have ordered from us in the past and would like to upgrade simply send us a message and we can arrange a price depending on when you ordered.

I have ordered from you in the past and the package has been updated. Is there anyway I can have the update version?
All of orders include free updates on packages you have ordered (excluding additional packages in the radio imaging library). For example, if you have ordered the Christmas Effects package, you can redownload any updates to this package as new files are added.

Do I need to pay any license fees to play any audio you produce for me?
No, once you have paid for your product there is no hidden cost. All of our radio imaging effects are known as a 'Buy Out'. There is no need to pay for a re-licensing fee every year like you do with some radio production companies.

How do I pay for my products?
Add the packages you would like to your shopping cart on Ecwid and pay securely using PayPal. Once you have paid you can instantly download your files.
